An active mom can move them from spot to spot when she needs to and students like to have access to them at school as well as many other places. Just remember, this procedure is just if a laptop was exposed to water. If it was soda or any other sticky or acidic liquid, you should still disengage and remove the battery. Even though you may clean the circuitry with alcohol, you might possibly do more damage to a laptop that might be fixed more easily by a skilled computer specialist.
